In San Diego, Bekaert Specialty Films manufactures in two buildings of approximately 150K sf each. The manufacturing process features a world class, environmentally friendly emission control system. Manufacturing takes place in temperature and humidity controlled clean rooms, class 1,000 to class 10,000 with positive air pressure.
Zulte, Belgium
The Zulte manufacturing plant in Belgium has some of the most advanced high speed metallic sputtering capabilities in the world. This plant also features slitting lines for cutting film in to finished sizes for customers.
Suzhou, China
The Suzhou, China plant features state of the art slitting and packaging facilities that service Asia. The facility has a class 10,000 clean room slitting, and can take rolls up to 74” wide. Finished rolls can be slit down to 3” wide, and wound on 3”, 6” or 10” plastic or paper cores.
